We love all of our clients at Tingles Cosmetics & Aesthetics, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Aesthetic Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. All of our appointments are subject to a booking fee, these are all non-refundable, under any circumstance. Please understand, you may move your appointment to a later/earlier date but should you need to cancel, this is non refundable. You must contact Tingles Clinic a minimum of 48hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so, and all no shows, will result in the loss of booking fee and you will be liable to pay 100% of your appointment fee.

Tingles Clinic, is strictly adults only - children are not allowed on site. Due to our insurance policies, and the safeguarding for our self, you the client and children this is not prohibited here. Please do not bring children with you, we will not be able to treat you and you will be liable for the loss of your booking fee.

We do not treat anyone under the age of 18 for any injectable treatments, we operate a strict challenge 21 policy, if you look under 21 you may be asked to prove ID ahead of treatment. We only accept Passport ID as proof of verification. Failure to provide ID will result in the loss of booking and your appointment will not go ahead

All appointments require a consultation before any treatment can take place, we ask you to complete a consultation form, medical history and personal information. All the information, will be kept in the strictest confidence and in line with DPA 1998 and in line with GDPR.

All appointments require a booking fee, this is made payable before your appointment to secure your preferred time and date. The remaining balance, is due at the time of your appointment and can be made by Cash, Credit and Debit Cards.
